Fuse offers a very simple 3 step process to enable you to achieve your goals:

a. Initial consultation
This is the opportunity that we use to get to know who you are, what you do but most importantly what you need right now in order to be who you want to be. What your objectives, our approach and methods and what is motivating them to make a change.
b. Complete the FuseQ – questionnaire
Through a well-constructed series of questions we will be able to help you prioritise the areas for action either Fitness, Focus or Fuel, plus look at the clients self-belief that they can achieve their goals.
As an individual seeking advice you will, of course, approach us with a particular area that you want assistance or help with, either your body or your mind. The benefit of engaging with Fuse is that in addition to providing you with detailed recommendations on your specific request, we take a more holistic approach. We will also give you information on services and actions that will compliment and heighten the self-image or mental focus that you are aiming to achieve from the contrasting service.
c. Receive the FuseR – report with personal aims and objectives
As a result of the consultation, you will receive a unique and comprehensive report. This will include prioritised recommendations for what we believe will enable you to achieve the specific aim which led you to us. In addition to this, the FuseR will also contain a summary of actions and services from the alternative perspective.
This consultation will ideally take place face-to-face but of course we can speak by phone or Skype.
Step 2: Do
Following your agreement and commitment to achievement from the Fuse, an action plan is established and applied. This marks the starting point and a promise to yourself to focus on activities that will enhance your well-being. There are other companies that may offer you a Personal Trainer, Psychological or nutritional perspective but Fuse is the only organisation of its kind which takes the very best offerings from these two areas and combine them under one roof to take a more holistic and accessible approach to personal development and empowerment. Although we may begin working with your body for example, it is easy to transition to then continue with your mind.
Step 3: Review
At the end of the agreed action plan, a one-to-one by phone Skype or face-to-face meeting will take place where we consider the success of the actions, any adaptations, new goal settings or closure.

We are fully mobile, so sessions can take place at your home, your office, a park or you can visit our fully equipped based in Surrey
Yes, we teach swimming for all ability levels from non swimmers (both adults and children) through to competitive coaching.
Many of our clients have their own pool so we are happy to deliver our session at your home pool. We have access to a number of pools which may be suitable or we can use your local pool (if sessions are 1-2-1.)
The answer to this is very specific for each individual depending in your goals and fitness levels but generally we would suggest that you train for more days than you do not!
RAW stands for Real A** Workout and is a programme that Darren created for himself whilst training at a MMA gym. It was so popular that he was asked to run the session with all the MMA guys. This class involves doing a circuit which involves compound and functional movements to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. Think tyre flipping, battle ropes, medicine ball slams etc.

Yes, group discounts are given when bookings of 3 or more are made and paid for at the same time – so bring your friends along and grab a bargain!
You can book as little as 1 session up to 40 sessions. The more you book the cheaper the sessions.
The very first meeting that we have with you includes a fitness test which does provide a taster to what and how we work with you.

Yes we work with a number children to build on their fitness, and confidence. We have a variety of programmes ranging from fun sports concentrating on developing basic skills needed in sport (co-ordination, balance, agility and speed) to more sports specific training such as kickboxing and boxing
If up to 24 hour notice is given, then a lesson can be postponed to extend the period of the booking by up to 2 weeks only. More than 2 lessons being postponed within a block booking will result in cancellation of that lesson with no refund. If less than 24 hour notice is given for a lesson not being able to take place this will result in the cancellation of this lesson with no refund. Both the Instructor and the Client reserve the right to terminate lessons should they no longer be considered beneficial to the Client as long as 2 weeks’ notice is given by either party.

A psychometric is a psychological tool that gives you information about yourself that you may not have considered or realised. We uses a range of carefully selected tools to enhance one’s understanding of who you are, but more importantly who you would like to be.
Yes, the first session we would have together would be a chemistry meeting to establish whether we could work together and also experience how we would work together.

Yes all our ingredients are soil association certified, ensuring you are receiving the highest quality of nutrients and minerals for your body.
Slow pressed juice is a method used to ensure that no heat is applied when extracting the juice from the vegetable or fruit. This is very important if you want to keep all the nutrients in your juice. Unlike centrifugal juicers where the blade can spin up to 10,000 times a minute which creates heat that then kills the nutrients, our juices are slow pressed with no heat, thus ensuring that what you are receiving the highest quality juice possible.

Once you receive your juices you must keep them refrigerated.
Yes. The only preservative we use is organic lemons.
